My favorite season is fall. I despise the Iowa heat and I’m always ready for it to cool off. I love working at Smokey Row this time of year because everyone loves the hype around a Pumpkin Spice Latte. I love when customers start to ask for it well into June. Around the same time we get a small magazine from one of our syrup distributors. They share there new syrups and fun drinks to make with them. It’s always inspired me so much. This year I was inspired to make my own. We had started a new fall drink (Pecan Pie Latte), and I wanted to showcase it in a fun way.

So with the supplies I had I decided to make my own with our fall menu. The most popular drinks are anything pumpkin, so Pumpkin Pie Latte and Pumpkin Chai had to be the stars of a page. I also wanted to highlight our new Pecan Pie on it’s own page. One of my fall favorites is the Campfire Mocha, it’s chocolate and marshmallow. For the non-espresso drinkers we have the Apple Cider Steamer and the Caramel Apple Cider Steamer.

So here is my work-in-progress Fall Lookbook. I’m hoping to have it done soon, and I’m willing to share more.
