I met Abby about 2 years ago at a campus ministry at UNI. We were both going to the Salt Company and ended up in the same connection group. Along with her bestie Hannah we ended up living together the next school year. We became very good friends and later when Abby got engaged asked us to be in her wedding! Throughout the school year Abby and I became very good friends. We laughed too much about friends and stayed up way too late in the living room chatting about things that didn’t really matter.

In May she married the love of her life Brett. They make a great couple and I’ve loved seeing their relationship while wedding planning. Abby asked me to draw some of her engagement photos and I was so excited! Their pictures were beautiful – sometimes I forget how pretty Iowa really is.
